I am still waiting to hear from the first person who mentioned it. It is not listed anywhere on class action lawsuits if you look it up. How do we go about starting this? Any lawyers out there who can advise, refer? 

They just dropped a bomb on everyone who is working on their prepurchased homes. They will not close on them now and leave us holding the bag. Class action lawsuit is forming. Message if interested and join us. 

They are now STOA. They informed me they are not buying anymore homes at the moment. Due to the market decline. 

They are totally legit! I was skeptical at first but Im on my 2nd transaction with them after the first went super smooth. Just adhere to their scope and ask questions if something isnt clear or something isnt noted. Super easy to work with. Best of luck!
