Hi James. I'm new to investing so I'll leave it to the pros to answer your question. In the mean time, however, you could run those same numbers in the BP rental property calculator and see what it churns out. That way you'll know if you're on the right track with your numbers. I like the BP calculators because they are simple and easy to use and give you accurate data. Try it.
