I would like to chat with you regarding PM opportunity in Douglasville.

Also looking for good property management company

What’s the going property management fee for that area.  We are under contract for a duplex 

if you have more than 10 doors in GA or if you use a property management company, you have to set up “escrow account” for security deposit. None of the banks around my area have that capability, if they do they require tenant to provide forms etc which tenant is not inclined to provide. How do you all handle security deposit? Do you set up one escrow account for each tenant or do you lum all tenants’ security deposit into one escrow account? Or regular account?

Questions for those of you invest in GA from out of state. Who do you all use for register agent to form LLC in GA?

I typically do my own but out of state investments, you have to assign a registered agent locally. Has anyone used Georgiaregisteredangent.com?

I'm in the process of doing the same thing cash out refi, so how did you end up doing it because I read fanniemae doesn't allow POA for cash out refi.
