I have also been loking into the Jacksonville Beach area in regards to potential multifamily properties and partnership opportunities. Are ya'll still looking around the area. I would love to connect and hear about the progress that has been made. There is some potential out in Jacksonville beach and there is no doubt that it would take some capital as well as ingenuity.

Thank you for more insight on the area. I am looking towards Multi-family investment more towards Jacksonville Beach than Ponte vedra.

I've only seen and heard great things. With Nocatee growing as quick as it is too, it will give an extra push in Ponte Vedra as well. Definitely keep in contact for the future, you never know what opportunities may come up.

Looking for partnering possibilities in the Jacksonville Beach/ Ponte Vedra Beach area. I would like to see what opportunities are out there and what team work can bring to fruition.

I was actually just thinking about why many have not done acted on a deal with mindset myself. Have you moved forward on a deal refinancing out of a hard money loan before? Would it remain the same for investing in a multi-unit/family residence (I feel as though it would)?

I couldn't agree with you more in wanting to enjoy life now, as that is the biggest goal I want to reach with REI. That among other goals. I hope that is working out for you NOW and will continue to in the long run. I am still taiking my first dive into entrepeneurship and hopefully investing, but I have been investing copious amounts of time (every day) into learning and getting out into the field.
