Hello People!! 

This is my first post. I’ve sat back and really observed the interactions on BP. From the discussions, success stories, down to the some of the comments/ feedback members leave. I’ve even been able to catch a few Podcasts. I gotta be honest with you… I love it!! The positive energy is awesome. The knowledge and information flowing throughout BP is remarkable.

My name is Peterson Dierivot but you can call me "Pete." I'm a licensed Realtor in the State of Florida. Born in raised in Miami, FL, I've been here all my life. During the day, I work as a Business Consultant in the mortgage and finance industry for one of the leading providers of integrated technology, services and data solutions. In addition to the day job and being a Realtor part time, I recently created an LLC to strategically acquire, renovate, and sell properties.

I joined BP because I realized to potential of investing in real estate. I’m tired of listening to the rah-rah chants from Guru’s claiming they‘ve unlocked the secrets to success and if you pay now … you know the rest. I’m so passed the fancy car and dream vacation ads. I want to get down to the real work, real experiences (both good and bad). Investing takes a lot of work and it’s not easy. If it were easy, everyone would be doing it. BP offers exactly what I’m looking for.

At the moment, I’m stuck in the “start-up” phase and I’m looking to make “the jump.” I’ve been absorbing information for some time now from all angles and at some point, I need to begin implementation. I would like to work with private investors and would be happy to help any local investors in the Jacksonville area. My goal is to gain knowledge and generate enough capital to begin flipping houses. Long term, I want to buy and hold. With the help of BP, I’ve also created my business plan. Thanks for taking the time to read my first post.
