Thank you do very much. I needed this! , I make up my mind and then I get so scared of loosing my money and then I relax. I have been going back and forth all year long; I’m ready to make the move.

@JJ Picard thank you so much for your response. It seems I have a lot to learn and I will dig deeper and learn as much as I can do I can be better informed. I’ll look for a mentor who I can learn from and can teach in how to find good deals and how to negotiate.

I have lived in Coastal GA for 4 years and work in the healthcare sector and I’m tired of the 9-5 job; I’m ready to invest in real estate but I need guidance on starting up. My first investment goal is a fourplex rental unit. If you are a professional investor and willing to teach a new investor, please let me know. I have some money saved that I need to invest in real estate but I’m not sure where to start from because I’m scared to loosing my money. I have been learning a bit about real estate investor but I’m not very confident to actually start. I set out a goal to buy my first property this year but I haven’t made the move yet. Is anyone here in Savannah GA or close by who I can mentor me about the ins and outs of investing? I need to invest the money instead of sitting in a bank. All advice will be appreciated.

@Frank Patalano what’s holding me back is because I don’t feel I’m very informed and educated as of yet about the real estate industry. If someone is in the Savannah GA area and wouldn’t mind me shadowing them, please contact me. I like to learn hands on.

If I can learn from an experienced investor then I’ll feel more motivated / comfortable investing without fear of losing it all.

Sadly, last year my attorney passed away and I’m now looking for a seasoned Tax professional to help me with preparing my taxes for this year. Must be located in Savannah, GA. Thanks a lot.
