Hello all and thank you for viewing my post.

I am currently 23 years old and fresh out of the Army. I completed my 3 and a half year enlistment honorably, with no source of debt, a fantastic credit score, and a solid amount of capital saved durning my time in service.

My current interest lies with the BRRRR method. I purchased and read "Buy, Rehab, Rent, Refinance, Repeat. The BRRRR rental property Investment strategy made simple" by David Greene and loved it. So far the BRRRR method pretty much sums up what my goals are with Real Estate investing. Buying properties under market value with cash, fixing them up, renting them out and pulling the money out of the property to repeat the process.

Some of the issues I’m running into is, I am new to the Real estate investing world and do not have many connections with people in this line of work. Also my capital is not where it needs to be in order to pay for an entire deal myself, just the rehab. Maybe you’ve had a positive experience with a private money lender? I would like to hear some of your own experiences with this and how you took your first steps investing.

Thanks in advance!
