Hello everyone, I recently renovated a vacation home in a tourist area that is vacant 90% of the year. I am interested in finding a management company to handle the cleaning and general maintenance to rent it on AirBNB or a similar booking website but don't necessarily know how to start. Does anyone have any suggestions or potential book recommendations that cover this kind of strategy? Thank you all!

Thank you, I appreciate this point of view. I have no trouble waiting and there are properties that I would rather own in the long haul but this wouldn't eat up too much to get started with which is why it peaked my interest. I have about $30k to invest and am not trying to rush anything. I appreciate the feedback!
