Vacation Home AirBNB Suggestions?

Hello everyone, I recently renovated a vacation home in a tourist area that is vacant 90% of the year.  I am interested in finding a management company to handle the cleaning and general maintenance to rent it on AirBNB or a similar booking website but don't necessarily know how to start. Does anyone have any suggestions or potential book recommendations that cover this kind of strategy? Thank you all!

I am sure there is a management company that you can find but they will charge 15-20% of your gross rentals. If you are wanting that kind of passivity then go for it but I think that if you find a good cleaner and handyman, you can systematize the process and save yourself a lot.

The BP short term rental forums is probably the best place to go, there are a lot of experts here that I have learned much from.

Check out CohoBnB. They're located in Fayetteville, so I don't know if they will manage an AirBnB in Eureka Springs or not, but it's a simple question to ask them. If they will, they're a solid company almost entirely focused on managing vacation rentals.

Ok thank you I will check there, i appreciate the advice on finding a cleaner and trying to manage it myself, I already have a handyman. It is in Euerka Springs, Arkansas
