Hello All,

I currently signed a purchase agreement for a property in Springfield, Ohio.  The price is 37k and is currently rented out for $625 a month.

I have the 20% to put down, just do not have a W2 income for a bank to lend to me.  So trying to find another way to finance the investment.

Looking for suggestions or connections to help with financing the property.

Thank you,

Julian

Hello,

I am looking to purchase a property, but I have no W2 income but have the 20% down payment for the property.

The property is $37,000 and is currently rented at $625 per month.

I currently own two other properties but am looking to learn how I can get financing for this particular property with a W2 income.

Thank you,

Julian
