Good evening BP family. 

I have some friends who moved down there to work at Redstone. I know that the are is really booming and moving and would like to get a multi. I live in Northern VA and currently invest in this area with multis and singles, but would like to expand to that region. If you have any light to shed on the growth, market movement and of course resources for a good loan/prop manager that would be helpful. I am looking to go down at some point in January and would love to meet up.

HI @Roger Rojas My mom retired from Redstone Arsenal after being civilian military for over 40 years. I Love Huntsville/Madison/ Athens and have friends and family there. Feel free to reach out with questions. I currently have LTR there. Reach out to @John White. He is my go to for Dietrich Rentals who manages my homes there.  There are different gates for access to the base. I have 2 homes in S Huntsville down by the S gate. 

Some friends have places in Decatur and Athens also. 

@Nick Monge - Your in HI.. We used to go through Hickam airforce base to get to Kwajalein in the Marshall Islands. That's where I met my husband. My family was stationed out there from 86 to 90.
