What are the best jobs to pursue as an 18 year old who is trying to get their foot in the door and also understand every aspect of flipping, wholesaling, buy and hold, etc? I currently have a Real Estate License so it would need to be something strictly salary.

Thank you

@Ryan Galpern

Welcome to BP Ryan. I recently got my Realtors license with the purpose of investing and helping others find deals, such as yourself. Hope you have great success in your business.

@Shane Rupe

Welcome to BP Shane. Great to see more investors from the area. I'm looking to join CFRI also so hopefully we can connect there.

Best of luck with everything,

Colin Smith Thank you for the advice. I'm also looking for the benefit of listing my own properties I plan to fix and flip.

I recently completed the Florida state exam for getting my Sales Associates License. The next step for me is finding the perfect broker. I need one that will allow me to focus more on an investing business with my Dad. One that will provide plenty of training for the Realtor side, but also allow me to list my own properties. If anyone is familiar with any Investor friendly brokers it would greatly help.

Hello everyone, My name is Julian Jackson and I'm very excited to dive into into the world of Real Estate. I have been doing plenty of research on this website along with the podcasts and I'd like to know, how can someone at the age of 18 become established in Real Estate? I have been studying No money down deals for a stepping stone because I do not have access to a ton of money. I have been considering paying for a local class to study and obtain my Real Estate License, opinions on that? Any advice on where to begin and where I could look for mentors would be greatly appreciated. I look forward to meeting everyone!
