yes and yes!!!  and NOOOOO to the AB 1506!!! Tomorrow is the last day to vote NO. I am a bit surprised I don't see bunch of terrified landlords exchanging their sentiment here on Biggerpockets in regards of this aggressive intervention in investor's business and free spirit of american market.. I personally am surprised how little informed we (and I mean you) are. This provision AB1506 is HORRIBLE, DRACONIAN, UNFAIR and will change the fabric of investment business and real estate in CA to a nightmare..

TOMORROW IS THE LAST Day. reply/message to me if you don't understand what to do..

Thank you for this. The rent control is a disaster to rental property owners.

Horrific!! I signed the letter as well. Will forward to all my friends whom I know. I am not clear on the dates though. I thought the decision/ the vote would be made in June 2018, not January 1/11/2018? Any clarity on that?

Great area. I would invest with my eyes closed. Near the beach, close to Playa Vista (new recently developed neighborhood, Google, Snapchat and others are relocating), close to Marina Del Rey...to Layola university, Inglewood developments are on the way!..excellent area.. rent control is a downside

What is the right thing to do when your preliminary change of ownership report indicates you've bought the property as a primary residence but few months later rented it out. The owner of the property received a letter from the Assessor's office to resend the Change of Ownership report.

@Dan Schwartz that exactly it...Is there anything you know about how it impacts all the deal? Besides the fact that the agent gets both commissions here but in actuality very loyal to the seller and only politically correct with me the buyer? ... I don't whine much about it , i knew she would be on the sellers side, but i still opted to go with her as i knew it would put me first in the multiple offer situation and truthfully when in the past i did have a buyer agent I didn't feel that they really helpful...
