De-scented ferrets shouldn't be a problem, in my opinion. I'd rather have a ferret than a cat or dog, (again just my opinion) and they'd definitely have to be de-scented.

Hi all, I just stumbled upon this forum when doing research for how to handle our first property. We've just signed contracts on our first rental property, due to close at the end of March. I've spent the last few days devouring all the great information here.

Real Estate is in my blood...and I am so excited to start this new journey in my life!
