@Karam A Tascoe

I just want to give a great big thank-you to AJ for taking my call and discussing his K-mart story with me. It isn’t very often you find someone “real” who will take the time to brainstorm ideas based on his/her experience to further a goal, without asking anything in return which is what AJ did for me. He is a true pay it forward guy who set aside time with me to make a difference. Thanks again AJ! You’re the best! Thanks to BP for developing the community and creating the environment.

I’m wondering what you need “a pile of cash” for? Maybe u need to look st a refinance and pull some money off the table. If u just have this one rental and are trying to get out of the business of landlording- I happen to be looking at buying in FOCO- my daughter moved there 10 years ago and is now having a baby. Maybe I should come check it out?

 Not sure anyone has responded to your post.  Just getting my first attempt at the forums etc.  I have a couple rentals in Muskegon, its very affordable right now. Crime is high in certain areas. Not a lot of jobs etc.  But overall is a good place for investing. North Muskegon, Norton Shores,  and northeast part is a place I like to look at, but pricier than other areas In Muskegon.
