Yes, my realtor told me the same thing about the number of rooms is more appealing when it comes to future tenants/how much you can set the rent amount at. 

How did you finance/purchase your second rental?

If a single family house is in a B or C class neighborhood. What makes the rental appealing to potential tenants? For example a 3/1 vs a 3/2 configuration?

What advice do you have for speaking with a mortgage lender? What to ask, what to be aware of 

Should I speak with multiple mortgage lenders or the few I get good recommendations from I get from other investors?

Hey, 

I want to go with a conventional loan for my first investment property. Does anyone recommend an investor minded lender who does conventional loans in the San Antonio, Texas area preferably? 

My goal is to purchase a single family house as my first investment. I am stuck on whether I should go the conventional loan route or the DSDR route for my first purchase? I do not want to house hack. Also, I am on the hunt for private money at networking events on the side. 

At the moment I have $10k of my own money available to be used in the deal

When looking at single family properties to buy. What makes an area class B and class C area/neighborhood? 

What should I look for to make that determination when I look at an area/neighborhood?

I want to scale up after my first property 

I"'m going to purchase a single family home and rent it out as my first investment property. Most likely going the conventional loan route to fund it. My question is after I purchase it how can I expand past my first single family home investment property. How would I purchase my next one and scale up?
