@Tim Johnson

My plan is to hold this home it’s a new built home.

If later down the line I want to refinance the home and I put $7k down right now, is that a waist of money if I’m planing to do that?

@Christopher Giannino

Well I always try to get the best deal I could get. I’m not sure if wanting to go that low on rate is the best deal or best decision I should do. So it would take me about 7 years an half and the monthly payment is less as well

Hello

Is it worth buying points to bring you rate down? So I’m in the of buying points to bring my rate down but not sure if I’m making a wise decision. I need to spend 7k to go as low as 3.25% but $7k is a bit a lot of money to buy points. What do you guys think I should do

Hello I live in corona California how would I know what to look for a lender? How would I know If I am getting the best loan out there for me? Because every time I go to different lenders they always want to run my credit score witch I don’t run it all the time because my credit score would drop if I keep running it. Any recommendations for lenders out here in corona California?

Look for realtor investors in Southern California to get advise from

Hello my name is Juan Carlos Garcia im looking to fine my first rental property witch I will be a first time home buyer but I’m having a really hard time trying to fine good deals out in corona, riverside, Moreno Valley, Perris and Beaumont California. The only way I see making cash flow is fining a property that is around 200k to 300k with a 20% down. the areas that I’m looking at are around class C and B, price are high they start anywhere from 300k and up (typical California prices).I was wondering if there is any realtor investor out here in those areas I would really appreciate if you could give me some tips and how to go about this. I would even take someone out to lunch so they could show me the ways to go.

Thank you 🙏

Hello my name is Juan Carlos Garcia

I’m new to the rental property investor and want to get the ball rolling

I’ll start of with my plan, what I want to do is buy a single family home, witch I’ll be a first time home buyer. My plan is to buy it for a really good deal and live in the Property for 1 or 2 years than rent it out and while I live in the house I could do some upgrades and refinance.

My question is since I’m a first time home buyer is it a good idea to put 20% down that way my monthly payment drops or should I put my money to fix up the house so I could rent it out?

Hope you guys could help and give me some tips on how to go about it I would really appreciate it.

Thank you
