Hi David,

I am a new investor from Arlington, Virginia currently working in community development for a non-profit organization. I would like to invest in multifamily in the Columbus, Ohio. I am looking at the MLS and found some properties that I would like to get some ARV values and rental market analysis. Please let me know if you can help me with this tasks.

I am looking into purchasing a multifamily building in Richmond, Virginia (Brookland Park/Northside Area).  Does anyone knows the vacancy rate and rental price for a 2 bed/1 bath.  Could also anyone recommend a Real Estate Agent.

Hi everyone,

I am new to this site and also new in investing.  I live in Washington DC and prices are extremely high in the area.  I am now looking into buying my first multi-unit property in Philadelphia. I would probably look for a class C property.  Any advice on what neighborhoods should I be looking for? thanks.
