Greetings from sunny Florida! I am new here to this forum and wanted to say hello. I am a real estate appraiser here in Central Florida and have bought several houses before the boom. I am getting back in.

I have stayed in the field and now there are soo many deals I can not resist the temptaton. I need to find partners for foreclosure deals, or private funds. I have been running ads but have not had any bites. I look forward to the discussions.
