Hi James,

I've been on biggerpockets for a while now in listen only mode but finally decided to start contributing. I'm a part-time investor, full-time Account Executive at Microsoft selling Bing Search Advertising. I've closed one wholesale deal and I'm in the process of building a wholesale partnership business that takes advantage of my experience in advertising.

Currently, I have 3 partners who wholesale deals in the Chicago and South Bend, IN markets. I spend around $2,000 - $3,000 per month in marketing and have a full-time virtual assistant.

I can offer advice on:

• All things online marketing and measurement.
• Sales process and development.
• Onboarding VAs

What I'm looking for:

• Rehabbers who would like to extend into wholesaling as a money partner with first right of refusal on deals and a profit split.
• Beginner wholesalers who need systems to help complete their first few deals.
• Experienced Wholesalers who would like to outsource marketing, and answering calls for an equity split.

I've been doing wholesaling in Chicago and recently expanded back to South Bend since its my hometown. I'll be sending you an email shortly, as I'm looking to partner on some rehab projects and/or wholesale some deals.

Welcome BP! I've been doing wholesaling in Chicago and recently expanded back to South Bend since its my hometown. Is there a certain area your interested in acquiring your buy and hold properties?

I'm starting to get a lot of deal but my buyers list is kind of small since just I'm just starting out in the area. I can't wait to understand and see the nuances of the South Bend market.
