According to San Antonio website, they can’t have an inoperable vehicles in view of the public. And they can’t simply cover them with a tarp.

I’ll prepare a post with our findings. We are going to give Cozy a try with one unit. We’ve found several points both positive and negative with each one. If Cozy doesn’t satisfy us we will probably go with Buildium.

Is Beaver more of a real estate accounting software?

Tellus and Cozy look like good options. We just don’t see the need for all the option and complexity offered by products like buildium or RentManager

Our primary priorities are

Tenant application and leasing.

Online payments and record keeping (would be nice if it would export to QuickBooks

Maintenance request

Then probably rental listing.

What's the best property management software for owners of smaller number of units? Like 25 or so units?

Can I post a property for rent in FB marketplace from my Business page or Property management page? It looks like the only way I can list the property will be from my personal profile and name.
