There was three tenants, an elder gentlemen, his son and his grandson. The elder gentlemen is moving to an assisted living facility, the son is moving in with his girlfriend and the grandson is going off to college. The seller is selling because he lives in South Dakota and is ready to sell while it'll be vacant.
