Jeff - Thanks for the reply. I was wondering if you recommended any pros (individuals or services) for notes?

Jeff: do you have any recommendations where to find discounted notes? Thanks in advance.

I recently set up a SDIRA with uDirect. I was planning to do a loan to a non-RE business, but am having some second thoughts. As far as RE investments go, can anyone recommend a good source for notes, deeds, tax liens, private lending, etc? By "source," I mean a person or company who specializes in such things--especially one who has worked with qualified plans like IRAs, solo 401ks, etc.

Jeff Brown mentioned that he has a source for notes on his recent podcast (#17), but didn't reveal who it was.

Thanks.

To clarify, $497 is for all of his courses plus access to him and other students on a private forum. You can buy his individual courses for less than that. I believe the normal price for the full package is $997, and I'm not sure if the $497 special is still running.

I haven't tried any of his courses, so I can't comment. He has some good free content, though.
