Ken, I started reading this forum and realized my partner and I are in need of very similar financing. We have much of our personal cash tied up in property already until we can refinance, but have other deals waiting in limbo. How would you recommend reaching out to private money and developing these relationships? We do have private investors that have worked with us already, but our business has reached the point where we need to start marketing to a broader scope of people. We invest primarily in the Hyde Park/Oakley/ML/Anderson area of Cincinnati. Any advice, help, contacts would be greatly appreciated.

My fiancé and I are looking to build a stamped concrete patio in our backyard as well as excavate the current patio.  We also need sidewalk work done for the city by June 12th.... does anyone have a concrete guy who is dependable and does good work?  I would really appreciate any referrals!

My business partner and I are in the market for a new real estate attorney in the Cincinnati area!  We have worked with 2 others over the past year and had bad experiences in the sense that response time has been extremely inefficient and costs have been outrageous for the work we have requested.  Currently between us, we own 16 properties and are growing our business rapidly.  We are looking for an attorney who wants to work with us and help us grow our business.  Any referrals would be greatly appreciated!

I am just now starting to build up my marketing and have a long list of all residents in my county (Hamilton County in Cincinnati, OH) who are delinquent on their taxes. It's an excel spreadsheet thats 88 pages long, with the owners name or LLC, address of property, and amount delinquent. Obviously that's great information and I could in theory send to all, but many of these are not legitimate leads. My biggest focus is on being efficient with my time and learning how to best qualify these leads. Any help?

Brian I am also curious if you got an answer here as I also am flipping a property within the next month or so... would really appreciate it!

My name is Josh Slonim and I live with my fiancé in Cincinnati, Ohio.  We were both born and raised in Cincinnati and both of our families still live here.  I have worked full-time in medical sales for the past 3 years and my fiancé has worked full-time as a realtor.  We both have a passion for real estate and would love to build a life for ourselves utilizing all of the tools on this site.
