Looking for some the same thing here as well; @Adam G. I contacted Lonnie however they will not borrow to non Ohio residents.

Can anyone recommend any others that will work with me?

Thank you!

@Garison Clemens

I'll be curious to see what kind of numbers you come out with,
I've been searching the Florida market for multifamily and it is quite complicated at the moment even though the Tampa, Orlando and Jacksonville areas are expected to continue to grow

I am usually up there for work or on the weekends to visit family so I'd love to connect if you guys decide on a time and place

@Lennon Lee
I see you're located in South Florida but your portfolio is in Texas, I guess you've been finding it difficult like me to find good multifamily deals.

Are you actively looking down here as well?

Thank you very much Greg!

Yes, it is new to the market.

I am pending answer from my realtor since she has not sent the bid yet.

I'll raise to 129 then no closing costs.

Just a note: I'm in the south Florida market very little HUD properties down here

Great thread gentlemen, thank you all.

I will be submitting a bid tomorrow to my realtor for a HUD condo listing for 137K, 90% puts it at 123300 so I was thinking of making it an even 125K. I have to tell my realtor first thing tomorrow morning so I'm not sure if one of you experts will read this on time but if so I would love your thoughts on it.

I'm a first time buyer, and I'm getting it as an O/O
