Thanks for taking the time to post a message for me. I checked out their website. They look super expensive! anytime anybody designs a Marriott hotel they're not going to be in my budget I wouldn't imagine.

I couldn't figure out exactly where to post this so I'm hoping it gets seen. I'm building a house and the structural engineer I used when I built my last one is no longer in business. This will be a modern home in Studio City. Can anybody recommend a good structural engineer? I will also need a civil engineer as well.

I no longer need help with this but Bigger Pockets won't allow me to take down the question. What sense does that make?? In any case thank you to those of you who did offer names for me.

FYI to check our reviews you would type in California Hard Money Direct Sherman Oaks California.

I highly recommend you check reviews on any lender you might be considering.  Just go to www.googlemaps.com When you get to the page, type into the search bar the name of the Hard Money company you might be considering and the city they have their office in. All their reviews will pop up.(if they don't have any reviews I would move on to the next one on your list) You will find wonderful companies and you will also learn in advance who to stay away from. The last thing you need is a lender with a known reputation of NOT coming through with money you're depending on at the last minute!

I wanted to ask a question in the marketplace.  The question was "can anybody recommend an architect.  One that is not over the top expensive for a single family home new construction project in Studio City California.  I can't figure out what to click to  post the question.  I see something above that says "post marketplace ad" but I would not consider my question to be an ad.  Can you tell me?

The design we need is so unusual nothing will be anything like it.  I will try your marketplace idea.  How do I get to the marketplace section of Bigger Pockets?
