Thanks for the insight Troy and glad to hear of your success down in Philly. I’ve heard of the potential in Kensington so will continue to research more on the area. I’m clearly still in the initial steps but if you have any recommendations/connections for lenders/brokers/PMs/contractors would love to hear more!

I’m a newbie to Real Estate investing and wanted to get thoughts on the Philly market. Wondering everyone’s thoughts on the overall market as well as what neighborhoods people see the most potential. I’m open to rentals of sfh and multi families. Appreciate any insight and guidance!
