Are there any community colleges or trade schools nearby? Often they have bulletin boards or community facebook groups that you can post to.  Not sure what the industry is where you are but even if its just construction, you can find local workers that need housing by tapping into those communities.

Living in a booming market such as Boston, I believe that every obstacle is a design opportunity in disguise, As an architect, I focus on maximizing those opportunities for my clients and partners. I have worked all over the New England Area but mainly focus on multi-families and creative developments in Providence, Newport, Block Island and throughout the Greater Boston Area.
