My multi family experience can go back 20+ years through my family properties, but my direct experience dates more recently to 2004. I was an investor first, then became a broker specializing in investment properties. I enjoy the thrill of the deal, and working with investors of all sizes to find exactly what they are looking for.

I am a commercial broker in Charlotte, NC and I am always looking for sources of funding for my clients. Most of my clients are high net worth "passive" investors. Do you do deals outside of the Richmond market?
