John,
You are 100% correct I did attend ACS-Cobham. When my family moved to London we had decided on the school first, but lived in The Vanderbilt Hotel on Cromwell for a month (I believe it is Radisson-Vanderbilt now). It was an hour commute but I told my parents it was fine and we could get a flat in London and I would make the commute everyday. We ended up living on Queen's Gate and I got the best of both worlds.
I made the best friends and had some amazing adventures. In fact five of the people in my wedding party were friends from London (one Finnish, one Saudi Arabian, one Greek and two Americans). In addition there were 15 people from ACS-Cobham at my wedding. To say the least London will always be a special to me.
Asheville is a great place to live and now with the world shrinking through technology, I am still connected to the world. I sent you a request and look forward to communicating with you and learning from you.
