Brandon Turner I got the idea to try to work for free with wholesalers from your article on the main page, How to Start Wholesaling: Getting Past The Education and Into the Field. I read your article before buying any courses. Thank goodness!

You make a great point about local wholesalers. Best case scenario would be working with someone from out of town and bringing them deals like Country Musick, while learning the business. I've been stalking the BP forums and website for a couple of weeks now. I figure I'll talk to people before Analysis Paralysis kicks in. :D

Country Musick Nashville is a great city. I really like it here. I'd love to learn as much as I can from you and deliver the type of properties you'd like to invest in here in Nashville. When would be a good time we can talk over the phone?

Wayne Woodson I am currently a beginner in investing. I live near Vandy on West End in the Acklen area. From what I can tell through listsource, there have been a good deal of cash buyers in the last 6 months for duplexes, triplexes, and 4-plexes in the Sylvan Park, Urbandale/Nations and Hillsboro areas. It also seems that because of the new Convention Center, SoBro (South Broadway) seems like a hot area as well. It seems like there are so many cool opportunities to work here in Nashville in real estate. Which parts of Nashville do you like to invest in?

Hi,

My name is Joy Garnett. I am a graduate student interested in learning more about real estate investment from people who actually do deals instead of those around me who have never done them before. I have learned to only take advice or criticism from professionals who have done what I would like to learn. I have never invested in real estate before, so I've been reading as much as I can about it.

As far as my goals are concerned, I would like to wholesale enough real estate to build enough cash reserve for one year's salary and a down payment on an apartment building that yields me at least $10,000 a month in passive income.

I have been shy when meeting new people online *and* talking about my goals so please be nice. :D I know it will take time and a lot of hard work, but it would be totally worth it to design the quality of my life.

The reason that I have joined BP (instead of more lurking) is that I am looking for an opportunity to work for free 20 hrs/wk under an active and successful wholesaler to learn the business from the inside out. I'm putting myself out there to network and find out how I can be of service.
