@Forrest Faulconer I suppose that’s a good way to approach the situation but I was a little more curious about if it’s the best decision to make right now or in the future after I have more cash flow and a bigger portfolio.

@Doug McVinua the housing is Coolidge is much cheaper and I also grow up there so I will just into a house there soon. Also I feel the casa grande will see a huge spike in the next few years. After I save more money, I was considering the doing the brrrr method in casa grande as my first official rental and keeping my primary residence in Coolidge.

@Filipe Pereira thank you for the advice. I live in area where I can get a home for zero down. You think maybe should I get a primary residence and build equity while also continue to save until I have enough capital the for a rental rental property ?

I’m 20 years old and live in Arizona but I was looking at a cheaper markets to invest in like Memphis Tennessee. I’m seeking advice on should I try to get a primary residence here in Az or a rental property in a cheaper market? I have about 15k to invest
