Orlando Metro would fit the bill.  Let's talk.

Central Florida (Orlando Metro, Kissimmee, Mount Dora) has many opportunities for flips and rentals.  Depends on whether you want city, suburbs, or rural.

I have a pair of buyers who want to invest in St Thomas.  They are new to the St Thomas market, and so am I.  We worked together in the past, so he's giving me this opportunity to learn the market and find a good deal.
