I am currently living in OKC but moving to Kansas City in a month. I am wanting to purchase a multi family property, and I am new to REI. How should I go about assembling a team to purchase a property right now?

I am a newbie when it comes to REI, and I am trying to move towards purchasing my first property. I found a duplex in Oklahoma City that seems like a pretty good deal, but I'm not totally sure since I am starting out. I have included a link from Zillow. Would an FHA loan be the best financing vehicle to take?

Yeah, I don't have much capital to work with just yet. I recently graduated from college, and I am only working a part time job right now until I get up to Kansas City to find a full time job. I am going to be attending Nazarene Theological Seminary, so preferably I am thinking an area close to there.

I am new to REI, but I have been learning quite a bit the past couple weeks. I will be moving to Kansas City within the next couple months, and I am wanting to try house hacking. I am looking for a duplex, triplex, quad, etc. to buy and rent. What would be the best way to go about finding these properties as I am still residing in Oklahoma City? I just recently graduated from college, and my wife and I don't have much income right now, so what would be the best financing strategy to go along with that?

Thank you for your replies! Definitely very helpful! My older brother has gotten involved with REI over the past few years, so it is nice to have someone like him to learn from also!

I have been getting my hands on different books and resources to gain more understanding about REI, but I'm still not really sure how to actually begin. Where do I start?

I am new to Bigger Pockets and REI, but I do have an interest in this job offer. I just graduated from college, but I do not have any finance experience. I'm not sure if I meet your qualifications, but I am definitely interested! I would love to learn and grow from this! I live in Oklahoma City right now, but I will be moving to Kansas City this summer with my wife. It sounds like a great opportunity!
