Any recommendations for Attorneys, CPAs, Property managers, deal finders, in the Sarasota FL area?

Should my partner and I make an LLC now, then roll the property into the LLC or buy the property then roll the Title into the LLC?

Saved up and read real estate books and listened to the BP podcast for over a year now and I’m ready to invest....I think. Does anyone recommend a specific market/city? Any tips would be great and much appreciated thank you.

I have 30k saved up for my first multi family home purchase. Read a couple books on REALESTATE as well as listened to the BP podcasts on episode 20. I’m searching for a good city/market to start. I have been considering Columbus Ohio, Virginia Beach area, SC, NC. Any advice Would be most welcomed and appreciated.

Hello, I am a traveling  RN who has decided he wants to be financial free and refuses to let the man take care of him or his family. I want to look after my own interests and want to start in real-estate investing. I make decent money and have enough to get started. I was going to wait a year and educate myself on this new way of increasing passive income. I also want to wait and see if the market crashes. So a few questions.

Should I sell my primary residential house? I took a loan out on it last year and currently renting it out to my sister and my GF for a negative cashflow.

Should I take out more loans and buy my first duplex  and start right away in Ohio?

My friend who lives in Delaware is wanting to create an LLC and start buying and BRRRing foreclosures in the Delaware area, our goal is to save up enough cash and be able to buy without pulling out a loan any precautions or advise?

Any advice would be wonderful, Thank you and best regards Josiah Hrusch.

Hello, I am new to all this, and want to start buying duplexes and renting them out. I currently have a house that I bought in 2019 and took out a loan for it. I do not live in the house because I am a traveling nurse. But I do rent it out to my GF and my sister for 200$ apiece plus utilities. My mortgage is 777.75 a month. Its hard to rent the house because its a gated community with strict roles and HOA, and its easier for me to just rent it out to family. Should I try and sell the house? it is my primary residency so when i am done with a contract I stay there. Also with me traveling Its hard for me to be hands on. I have a friend in Delaware who wants to start doing foreclosures and use the BRRR method, which I want to do, but I also want to start buying duplexs around my home area which is in Ohio, canton/Akron area.
