I am looking for a broker, or several, that can quickly give a quote on smaller multi-family properties.  I am talking between 4-24 unit buildings in the state of Arkansas.  Most will be in the central Arkansas area, but some will be in NW Arkansas and NE Arkansas.  Eventually we will break in to other markets, but for now, we are going to focus on Arkansas.  I like to have my numbers nailed down to an almost exact science, and having an insurance broker that is quick to return emails/phone calls is essential to accurate property evaluation.  So, if you have a favorite agent/broker that is licensed in the state of Arkansas, please drop their information here...thanks!

Have listened to the Audio Book on Rental Property Investing (On my 3rd time through this month) and it mentions something about going to biggerpockets.com/landlordbookforms.  However, when going to this link, there is nothing there.  Does anyone know where to find these forms?  Thanks!

Great point Rachel!  May have to do some digging and see what I can come up with.  I do believe Central Arkansas is a great place to invest, you just have to find the right properties/areas.  However, that statement is true pretty much anywhere...

Hey Espiridion, I am a Realtor in Conway.  I can also point you to a great property manager there.  I am just getting my operation started as an investor as well, but I have already partnered with a couple of people locally.  That doesn't mean we can't connect on some future deals, so for sure lets stay in contact!

Conway market had insane numbers last year, but seems to be slowing a bit.  Regardless, I think this state is one of the best places to invest as you can get some great deals for the prices here.
