@Eric Johnson thanks for the reply. I'll be sure not pay to close to those figures.

Hello BP,

I am newer to Lexington, KY and am ready to put the knowledge that I have absorbed though all of the BP channels into action.

I have Property Managent experience and am ready to take it to the next level.

Will you share with me, 1 thing that you know now, that you wish you knew when you started your Real Estate Investor journey?

Thanks in advance

- Joshua

@Evan Polaski Hi Evan, Thank you for the reply. That is validating actually because the zestimate seems to way to low for some of the properties (2-4 units) that I have been doing analysis on. I will base my market rents of actually properties and not the zestimate.

@Guifre Mora Thank you for your reply. I was wondering why my evaluation of properties was coming out so well. I was using that as the rental income for each unit.

Hey BP Crew,

Just a quick question. Zillow's website has a "Rent Zestimate", when analyzing a multi-family property is this Rent Zestimate for 1 unit in the property or combined rental income for the whole property?

Thank you in advanced.
