I’m looking to really understand and get into the business of wholesaling and I been reading a lot but I just don’t know the exact first steps to take. by the way, I would love to stay connected with you guys since you guys are in the Las Vegas area. Hopefully do some deals together at some point. I’m very new to investing and haven’t done my first deal yet but once I do I’ll want to scale this thing big. I hope to stay in contact with all of you. 

What are a couple of good title companies in Las Vegas? Does anyone have any good recommendations?? 

I just moved to Las Vegas and I’ve been learning about wholesaling for a while now and I was curious to know if there are any Big wholesalers in the city???

I’m actually moving to Las Vegas in a couple months ! And that’s exactly the kind of investing I’d like to get into as well. What part of Vegas are you moving to?

What is a good line of questioning to non owner occupied owners out of city or out of state??? I’ve noticed there is many in my city? Do I have good odds of reaching out to these types of individuals?

Is there anyone in the Stockton, CA area currently working on projects that would be willing to let me shadow and learn from them??? Thank you for your time.
