Need help with lease options

Hey everyone! My name is Trevor Kollmeyer. My wife and I are moving to Las Vegas, NV at the end of this month and we want to get into real estate investing. More specifically we want to get into lease options. I was wondering if there's anyone out there who lives in Vegas who would be willing to partner with my wife and I in a lease option deal and further help is learn about lease options. Thanks!
