Thank you both for the replies!  Bob/Pam I’m not sure exactly what I’m looking for as I don’t really know what the hell I’m doing yet but educating myself very quickly.  Seems as though general advice says to go for as many units as possible?  Just not sure what kind of a cycle we are in and if I can find something in this market.  I’m still building cash reserves and trying to figure out what I’m doing. I’m open to advice!

Looking to connect with others in the Phoenix area to network! I’m brand new to this and would just like to connect with others who are both starting out and been in the game a while. Are there local meetups? I’m very interested in buy and hold rentals. What should the average price per unit look like in Phoenix area for apartments?

Hello! Brand new to real estate and hungry to learn all I can. Reading all I can get my hands on. Looking to network with others and learn. Located in the central Phoenix area and currently work in medical sales. My interests lie in buy and hold rental investing and just now reading How to Invest in Real Estate by Josh Dorkin and Brandon Turner to build a foundation. Excited for the journey!
