Hey Alex, my name is Joshua I am also a new investor. I am 30 mins away from Tampa in Lakeland and I do have a few leads in Lakeland, Orlando, and Kissimmee. I have ideas of rentals spots in Kissimmee just out side of Disney or close by. I am open to doing collaborations or joint ventures.
