Hey Christine, I am just starting out also. I have come to understand that learning about the market you're I Tim before doing anything. If this market is a hotspot? Also keep in mind that summer is a few months away, would this spot accumulate tourists, and such. Some snowbirds love to get away for snowlike activities so that can be a plus. 

Awesome if you are looking for anything central I may have a few house on my leads list 

@Sylvia Castellanos what market are you in? Or are you open to other markets as far as land?

@Tchaka Owen thank you that information was definitely useful. I am looking more locally as there are a lot of leads in my local area.  Are you an investor?

Hey Jake, I am fairly new to the investment industry, but what I do know is that the market is better than it was 3 years ago as for wholesalers. There's new technology people are using for leads, deals, etc. people are using AI and bots as secretary's to investors. 

Awesome!! Right now I'm looking into places where I know are vacation hotspots like Kissimmee,Orlando, Miami, and Tampa.
