@Gustavo Martinez Welcome! I haven't heard of Peak Producers like Jonna mentioned, but I would recommend Grant Cardone and his products. You gotta hustle your *** off in this business, that's the long and the short of it. If you're willing to work and overcome your fear of the cold call then he has tons of good info on marketing and lead generation. Good luck!

Try to sell it to Toll Brothers or something. I don't think 10k would be anywhere near enough to even do your engineering and cover soft costs etc. for a development.

I've never sold a single family in my life; we do office, retail, industrial, multifamily, and mixed use properties exclusively. While most of my business is in the Valley and the RT-25 corridor, I've done deals all over Fairfield County as well as New Haven and Hartford county. How fortuitous! I join BP and 12 hours prior this thread pops up. Wanted to introduce myself, I'm a real estate agent out of Shelton, CT. I focus exclusively on commercial and investment real estate (I've never sold a single family in my life). I do most of my deals in the Valley and the RT-25 corridor but know the commercial markets pretty well all over Fairfield County (I've done deals in New Haven and Hartford County as well). When I say commercial I mean retail, office, industrial, multifamily, and mixed use.
