Does anyone have any recommendations for a quality certified public accountant who understands real estate investing, especially subject to investing?

I am looking to connect with fellow investors in the Milwaukee, WI area who have experience in investing in subject 2 properties. This is a strategy I've been looking to get into but would like to bounce thoughts off some subject 2 pros.

Does any one know of or have any experience with skip tracing companies in Milwaukee, WI? Any recommendations? I am considering using these services to find hard-to-find owners of abandoned vacant properties.
