I drive a 2004 GMC Yukon XL with 190K miles. All my friends have recently bought/ leased brand new cars and paying 200-350 a month and continue to ask when i will upgrade. Crazy to me! Living in NH with the weather, all the fishing and other outdoor activities I do hauling gear, my Yukon works perfect. Look forward to thousands of miles more with it.

Corey and William, thank you for welcome. I have been listening to the BP pod casts while driving for the last few weeks and now decided to join BP. I will certainly look into the local REIA meetings and networking events. I look forward to my time on BP with everyone and future discussions we may have.

Thanks again,

Josh

Hello,

My name is Josh Frahm, I am 25 years old and currently live in Southern NH. I lived in Boston for about 4.5 years while I obtained my bachelors of science in Facilities Planning and Management from Wentworth Institute of Technology. My interest was sparked in Real estate investing after reading Think and Grow Rich and Rich Dad Poor Dad. Now I am constantly researching, reading and listening about real estate investing and developing a comprehensive financial education.

I am currently a Project Manager for Design and Construction for DaVita Healthcare Partners, a fortune 100 company. Even though I enjoy my job and my salary is pretty good, I want to begin my career in real estate investing.

My experience in real estate investing is limited to my own reading and research and the exposure I have with my current job. My exposure with real estate in my current position is but not limited to, initial site searches, site selection, RFP's, LOI's and lease negotiation through execution. After lease execution I work with an architect on the design of our facility and then higher a general contractor that I manage for the build out. During the whole process I am constantly talking back and fourth with LL's and my real estate transaction team.

With that said, I now want to begin my life in real estate investing. My 5 year goal is to invest in enough real estate to develop a constant cash flow so I can leave my job and  focus 100% on real estate and my personal life.

My goal for 2015 is to buy my first investment property, a multi-family home that I will fix up a bit, live in one of the units and rent out the others. I figure this will give me a great opportunity to experience being a LL and a chance to get myself started in real estate. I look forward to talking with all of you and hopefully meeting some of you in the near future.

All advice, comments and constructive criticism is welcome!

Regards,

Josh Frahm

I am just getting into real estate investing, i have been reading, researching and listening as much as possible.

I wanted to get some of your opinions on the Cashflow game from Rich Dad.

Is it worth it to purchase the game? Reviews? Suggestions/advice?

Thank you!
