i am  very familiar with the  Trenton area and would recommend  not buying in that part of the town there are some decent areas though love to talk about some properties i have been looking at

get your knowledge up about any and everything in real estate live at home as long as you can dont buy dumb ****  work on your credit asap and save that cash if you take this seriously and live way below your means you can have a great portfolio by 30 best of luck to you 

always great not to carry any debt at all imo keep grinding and saving get a couple more rentals and keep that cash flow rolling in! good luck to you in your journey
