I'm relatively new to the Tucson, AZ market. I got a few OMs from different brokers and these are some of the expenses I've seen on the pro forma analyses. Does it look typical for Tucson ?

Insurance: $275 per unit per year

R&M: $500 per unit per year

G&A: $250 per unit per year

Is it illegal to get paid a finder's fee from a real estate investor's in AZ when finding a property if BOTH the person paying the fee and the one receiving it are unlicensed?

Generally speaking, would you recommend investing in a section 8 property in the Tucson area?

@Account Closed, yes, I'm looking to pick up any more multifamily. Not interested in SFR
