multifamily pro forma expenses in Tucson
Hi,
I'm relatively new to the Tucson, AZ market. I got a few OMs from different brokers and these are some of the expenses I've seen on the pro forma analyses. Does it look typical for Tucson ?
Insurance: $275 per unit per year
R&M: $500 per unit per year
G&A: $250 per unit per year
