Can anyone share a due diligence checklist with regards to all the things to look into during the contingency period of purchasing an apartment complex? I'm about to make an offer on my first apartment building in Houston, TX, and I want to make sure I've covered my basis. Any advice would be greatly appreciated!

In a syndication with multiple limited partners, what is the protocol for a limited partner whom wants to exit the investment? Is a good way to structure the partnership to have a general partner's right of first refusal, followed by a dutch auction? Opinions would be greatly appreciated.

You seem to be quite the HUD informant on this thread. Any idea whether or not HUD financing might be available for mobile home parks? Any information would be greatly appreciated.
