Seriously though that's funny. I was wondering where you have been, since my last post had to do with some kind of promoting they took it down before I could reach out to you. I just got the courage and the right opportunity to make it happen. I'm really glad I did with the solid information I got from class I feel it will make me a way better investor than without the training. How's it going in Connecticut? I still want to do direct mailing but now I will have a real name behind me. Either Howard Hanna ot Berkshire Hathaway haven't decided yet

The broker Im signing with has a good manager that said she would help. But I have a few friends already looking to buy a house. I'm not counting on it. I am going to start pulling expired listings or soon to expire, find the FSBO and try to influence them to let me list for them. Then a little marketing plan I'm going to do. And help other agents with there open houses and things of that nature.

@NathanG thank you for your insight. I have had offers to join a team but there are a few good agents at the office I'm going to. I'm going to do it on my own but like you said I will help the fellow agents and build good relationships for future business. I think choosing a broker is a little difficult in my opinion. How do you feel about that situation? 

Thanks a lot everyone I really love the support that this platform provides. @brandonl you know do not have any sales experience.  I learned a lot of good information that I retained and used to my advantage with the classes. But there's one thing you can't learn in school or from an education and  that is the "drive", the determination, the self motivation. 

So just about 3 weeks ago I finally decided to resign from my current w-2 and go to school to be a licensed RE agent. I really can't believe that I did it but I am so confident in myself now about the knowledge I needed to gain and the credibility I wanted to achieve. I just wanted to put this out there. I'm proud of my new achievement and can't wait to start my new career.
